Art Therapy
At times anxiety and depression are felt in ways that may be difficult to express.
Exploring the self through the creative process can support people to connect with and gain insight into their feelings and relationships.
No artistic skills are required, just a curiosity about the health and well-being benefits of the creative process. This approach is very effective in helping us to access feelings from the past and present.

Gym & Fitness
Led by our qualified PT’s, our gym and fitness group is all about getting our bodies moving.
Physical fitness is vitally important to our mental health and Billabong offers a range of exercise programs to keep both the body and mind sharp.
If group exercise isn’t for you, that is ok. Our PT’s can assist you with a workout plan and schedule.

The physical activity involved also helps release tension and improve mood.
Plus, woodworking can be a peaceful solo activity or a way to connect with others in a shared space, helping ease feelings of anxiety or isolation
